- Conduct counseling conversations through appropriate communication channels and maintain a professional candidate experience.
- Deliver clear and engaging presentations to prospective students and other relevant audiences.
- Address questions and concerns from applicants by providing timely and helpful information.
- Use negotiation and sales closing approaches to support prospective students through the enrollment decision.
- Support marketing promotion activities that create awareness of the institute and its educational offerings.
- Maintain organized records of counseling interactions,



applicant follow-ups, and admission progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and effective management of admission activities.
- Follow up with interested candidates and contribute to achieving enrollment and counseling objectives.
