Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Lead Generation Executive to drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and generating leads for MocDoc’s healthcare software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, experience in SaaS/B2B lead generation, and the ability to engage healthcare professionals and decision-makers effectively.
The role involves outbound prospecting, database management, appointment generation, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities




• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, references, and digital platforms.
• Identify hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare organizations as potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain MocDoc healthcare software solutions effectively.
• Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales/business development team.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems regularly.
• Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and target segments.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution and lead conversion.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on lead status and conversion progress.
