Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Sales Specialist role based in Gurgaon. The specialist will identify and qualify sales opportunities, generate leads,



and build a robust sales pipeline for IT infrastructure, hardware, and managed services. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their technology needs, preparing proposals and quotations, and presenting tailored solutions aligned with Elcome’s offerings. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining strong relationships, coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, and following up on renewals and upsell opportunities. The specialist will also track market trends, participate in vendor and partner events, maintain accurate CRM records, and support overall revenue growth targets.
