About the role

Growth Intern
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Growth Intern to work closely with our Growth Manager across D2C brand accounts. You'll handle the data and operations behind growth, including building reports, tracking performance, documenting meetings and keeping projects on schedule. If you like spreadsheets and structure, this role is a good fit.

What you'll do
• Build and maintain performance reports and trackers in Excel / Google Sheets
• Clean, organise and analyse campaign and sales data to surface insights
• Take minutes (MOMs) in client and internal meetings, and follow up on action items
• Help the Growth Manager with day-to-day tasks, such as client updates, research, briefs and coordination with creative and performance teams
• Keep trackers, timelines and documentation up to date across accounts

What we're looking for
• Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills: Pivot Tables,



VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS / COUNTIFS, conditional formatting, and basic charts and dashboards
• Clear written communication, so you can turn a messy meeting into a crisp MOM
• High ownership and attention to detail, with follow-ups that don't slip
• Comfortable juggling several tasks and deadlines
• Bonus: Interest in D2C, performance marketing or Meta ads, or familiarity with Notion / Asana
