Role Description The Payroll Executive role at Ethiqual Global Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting and validating employee data, calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits, and ensuring timely disbursement of payments. The Payroll Executive will maintain accurate payroll records, coordinate with HR and Finance teams, and address employee queries related to compensation and statutory deductions.



Daily responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies, generating payroll reports, and supporting audits and reconciliations. The role requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
