Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Head to lead our paid media function and drive measurable business growth for our clients. The role will be responsible for strategy, execution, team management, client relationships, and overall performance across digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
• Plan and manage large media budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA and overall business conversions.
• Develop full-funnel strategies across acquisition, retargeting and remarketing.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and conversions.
• Lead and mentor the performance marketing team and ensure strong campaign execution.
• Work closely with creative, data, Martech and client servicing teams to improve campaign performance.
• Build performance reports, insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Own client relationships and lead performance discussions,



reviews and strategy meetings.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional digital marketing solutions.
• Stay updated with changes in ad platforms, tracking, attribution and performance marketing trends.
• Ensure campaigns are planned, launched and optimised within timelines and budgets.

What We’re Looking For
• 7–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital/marketing agency.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets and multiple clients.
• Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, tracking and conversion optimisation.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a performance marketing team.
