Role Description The Technical Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Indore, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for leading technical sales activities, identifying and qualifying prospects, presenting solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from discovery to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and technical teams to understand solution capabilities, delivering demos and technical presentations, and ensuring accurate proposal and contract development.
The Technical Sales Manager will maintain and grow key accounts, provide guidance to sales representatives, and ensure that customer needs are translated into practical technical solutions. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, forecasting revenue, and providing ongoing post-sale support to strengthen customer relationships and drive long-term value.
Qualifications
• Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in Account Management, including cultivating long-term client relationships and managing renewals or expansions.
• Background in Technical Support, with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities, including responsiveness, conflict resolution, and a customer-centric approach.
