About the RoleETIOT Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Dev Team Lead – Full Stack & AI to lead our software engineering team and drive the development of scalable, secure and AI-enabled technology products.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who can balance architecture, coding, team leadership, client requirements and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development experience, exposure to AI/GenAI technologies, and experience working in a service-based IT setting where delivering solutions for multiple business requirements, clients and timelines is critical.
As we build for an increasingly AI-first technology landscape, the candidate should be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools, integrating AI/LLM capabilities into applications,



and identifying opportunities to make software development and business processes more intelligent and automated.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers and software engineers.
• Own technical design, architecture and implementation of web, cloud and AI-enabled applications.
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding, testing, security and documentation standards.
• Make technology and architecture decisions considering scalability, maintainability, security and cost.
• Identify technical risks and proactively resolve engineering challenges.
• Promote engineering best practices including clean architecture, design patterns, reusable components and automated testing.

Full-Stack Development• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and enterprise solutions.
• Work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks such as React / Angular / Vu
