Role Description This full-time Business Coach role is an on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Business Coach will work closely with clients to assess their business challenges, define goals, and design actionable strategies to support growth, transformation, and resilience. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions, facilitating training workshops,



and providing consulting support on business planning and organizational development. The role involves analyzing business performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and preparing clear recommendations and frameworks that clients can implement. The Business Coach will also collaborate with internal teams to refine coaching methodologies, create training materials, and ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences.
