Be Medic Academy is hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Education Sales Counsellors for a Remote/WFH role.

? Position: Education Sales Counsellor
? Fixed Salary: ₹23,000 + Performance Incentives
? Weekly Off: Wednesday
? Immediate Joiners Preferred
? Sales Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities✅ Counsel students about healthcare, nutrition & health programs
✅ Handle calls, WhatsApp queries & follow-ups
✅ Convert leads into enrollments
✅ Maintain CRM & achieve sales targets

Eligibility✔ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
✔ Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech or Counselling experience preferred
✔ Freshers with solid communication & sales skills can also apply





? 12-Day Training & OJT Process
5 Days Training: Unpaid
7 Days OJT: Paid

A Training & OJT Agreement will be shared before starting.

✅ OJT Cleared: After 12 days, we will issue the official Offer Letter and confirm your joining. Applicable 7-day OJT payment will be made.

❌ OJT Not Cleared: Employment will not continue after 12 days, and 50% of the applicable 7-day OJT payment will be paid.
