Luxe by Kan is a curated luxury beauty marketplace. We bring authentic international brands like Rhode, Charlotte Tilbury, Medik8, Color Wow and Le Labo to customers across India, in full shade and variant ranges that are hard to find here. Small, close-knit team in Rajouri Garden, Delhi, reporting directly to the founder.

The role
Two halves. You own marketing across every channel, and you open new revenue lines through partnerships. You'll brief the performance team rather than be the performance team, and you'll work directly with the founder on what we go after next.

Marketing
• The overall strategy and the monthly plan across all channels, and the execution of it
• Social: what works on Instagram right now and why, briefing Reels and posts, judging what's worth repeating
• Retention: WhatsApp broadcasts, email flows, customer segments, bringing lapsed buyers back
• SEO and content: product pages, blogs, and how the brand shows up in search and AI answers
• Paid: briefing and coordinating the performance team, reading results, deciding what changes




• Weekly numbers — ROAS, conversion rate, repeat rate, AOV — and what you'll change because of them
Business development
• Corporate and bulk orders: gifting, hampers, client and employee gifting for companies
• Collaborations: creators, complementary brands, and events that put us in front of new buyers
• Stockist and reseller tie-ups, and other partnerships that open recent revenue
• Owning the pipeline end to end — outreach, pitch, negotiation, close, and the relationship afterwards
• Weekly numbers — ROAS, conversion rate, repeat rate, AOV — and what you'll change because of them

Business development
