? Key Responsibilities
• Manage overall production, fabrication & project execution
• Plan manpower, machines, materials & production schedules
• Supervise fabrication, assembly & site activities
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance & Site teams
• Ensure production targets, quality & timelines are achieved
• Monitor productivity, wastage, costs & rework
• Lead and manage production/site teams
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
✅ Requirements
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/engineering projects
• Solid production planning & team-management skills
• Knowledge of fabrication, machinery & industrial processes
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong leadership, problem-solving & coordination skills
⭐ Experience in industrial machinery, fabrication, machine foundations, textile machinery installation, or industrial site execution will be preferred.
