About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple GIVA retail stores, drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and deliver a consistent customer experience across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations and business performance across multiple stores.
• Drive regional sales targets, revenue growth, and store-level KPIs.
• Monitor store performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand standards across stores.
• Monitor inventory, stock audits, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.




• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational processes.
• Analyse sales reports and business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with central teams to support store operations and business initiatives.

Requirements
• Experience in multi-store retail operations, preferably in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
• Strong expertise in sales management, team leadership, and operational execution.
• Ability to analyse business performance and drive corrective actions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong customer focus, ownership, and willingness to travel across assigned stores.
