Help shape Gurgaon's skyline, and be the one telling the story.
Gurgaon's luxury real estate is exploding, and almost nobody explains it well. We're changing that. Rainbow Estates is building the most trusted voice in Gurgaon luxury property, and you'd be the person behind it, working one-on-one with the founder every single day.

Your life here looks like this:
• Walking through the newest, most luxurious developments in Gurgaon and Goa
• Turning what you see into content people can't scroll past: Reels, Stories, carousels, YouTube
• Spotting a launch on Monday, pitching the hook on Tuesday, and shooting it Wednesday
• Sitting in rooms with developers, investors and UHNI clients, and learning how luxury deals actually happen
• Figuring out what works, doing more of it, and killing what doesn't

Content is your whole world. You live and breathe it. You notice what makes you stop scrolling and you can explain why. You make things for fun, even when no one's asking.

Why this job is rare:
• Daily 1:1 time with the founder. You'll learn more about business, sales,

brand and luxury in a year than most people do in three.
• Real ownership. This isn't "post what you're told." You own the content engine.
• Ground floor of our next chapter. Rainbow Estates is 16 years old, and in 2026 we're building its modern era. Early people grow with the company.
• Upside. A competitive stipend, plus performance bonuses tied to bookings your content brings in. As the brand grows, so does your role and your income.
• A excellent time. Site visits, launches, shoots, and a small team that moves fast and has fun doing it.

•

You might be a fit if you:
• Have 0–2 years' experience (fresh grads welcome)
• Have made something of your own: a page, a newsletter, a YouTube channel, a side project
• Shoot and edit on your phone, and video editing is a piece of cake for you
• Have taste and move fast
• Will tell a founder when his content is boring, and say it well
• Are curious about money, cities an
