Role Description The Human Resources intern will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records in line with organizational policies. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves supporting employee life cycle activities, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting with performance management and appraisal systems. The role includes handling employee relations by addressing queries,



facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace. The Human Resources Executive will also help implement HR policies, ensure regulatory and statutory compliance, coordinate training initiatives, and collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth.
Qualifications
• Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support end-to-end HR processes.
• Experience in talent acquisition
