Role Description The Pastry Chef Instructor will be responsible for teaching and demonstrating skilled baking and pastry techniques to students in Truffle Nation’s programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, involving hands-on classes, recipe development,



and guidance on bakery operations and pastry career paths. Daily tasks include planning and conducting practical sessions, supervising food preparation and baking in the training kitchen, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and assessing student performance. The instructor will provide mentorship aligned with Truffle Nation’s teaching methods, offer individual feedback, and support learners in building technical skills and business readiness. Collaboration with other chefs and staff on curriculum improvement, class scheduling, and special workshops is also part of the role.
