Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quality checks during printing, lamination, slitting, and pouching operations.
• Perform testing for bond strength, COF, GSM, thickness, seal strength, and visual defects.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation.
• Coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions.
• Support customer complaint analysis and root cause identification.
• Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and ISO requirements.
Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in the quality control department of a flexible packaging company.
• Knowledge of versatile packaging materials and testing methods.
• Familiarity with QC instruments and documentation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
