Before you scroll further, a fair warning.

RCB has one of the most passionate fanbases in world sport. Every edit we put out is watched, judged, shared, and memed by millions of fans, often within minutes of going live. There is no hiding a lazy cut here.

So we're not looking for a good editor. We're looking for the editor other editors follow. The one whose reels make people ask "who made this?"

Low-effort applications will never be considered. A Drive folder of wedding films, one-line answers, and "please refer to my portfolio" will not be considered.

Read the JD all the way through. If you're not 100% sure you want this, close the tab. No hard feelings. But if you are, go all in. This form is your first edit for us. Make it one we can't skip.

The role, in one line
Make RCB's feed the one every other sports team studies.
