Role Description The Interior Design Sales role at Frikly is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the team member will welcome and guide customers through interior materials and décor options, understand their needs,



and recommend suitable products and design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting on space planning and furniture choices, preparing basic design presentations, and explaining product features, pricing, and availability. The role also involves managing the sales process from lead generation to closing, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with design, logistics, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Interior Design Sales team member will actively contribute to meeting store targets, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding Frikly’s brand standards on the showroom floor.
Qualifications
