We are looking for someone who is:
• A fashion design graduate or fresher with a genuine interest in clothing and design
• Comfortable with fabrics, garment construction, fit and basic detailing
• Organised, detail-oriented and customer-friendly
• Comfortable with basic sketching and Excel / Google Sheets
• Curious, hands-on and willing to learn across both design and boutique operations
• Interested in slow fashion, handcrafted clothing and thoughtful design
What you'll do:
1. Design & Production
• Assist with design research, sketches, fabric selection, trims and detailing
• Support the design team in developing and organising samples
• Coordinate with tailors and artisans on samples, timelines, alterations and quality
• Help with fittings and keep track of sample changes and requirements
2. Fabrics & Inventory
• Source fabrics, trims and other materials as required
• Maintain fabric and sample organisation
• Keep basic stock,
order and purchase records updated
3. Customers & Boutique
• Welcome customers and understand their requirements and preferences
• Take measurements and assist during fittings and trials
• Guide customers through styling, fabrics, customisation options and product details
• Support sales and ensure a warm, seamless boutique experience
• Help maintain the boutique’s visual presentation and overall organisation
The role:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. It’s a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with the design team, tailors, artisans and customers — so being comfortable switching between creative, operational and people-facing tasks is key.
