Role Description This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Specialist role based in Bengaluru, India. The Inside Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into orders through phone, email,



and digital channels. The role involves preparing quotations, following up on proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with external sales teams and distributors. The specialist will handle customer queries, support order processing, and work closely with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries. The position also includes tracking sales performance, contributing to sales forecasts, and supporting initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
