Field Sales - HORECA (Senior & Junior Roles)

NGPL is building a strong field-sales team to grow its South Indian food solutions across restaurants, hotels,QSRs, caterers and institutional kitchens. We are hiring separately for a senior HORECA professional with established industry relationships and a junior field executive focused on intensive restaurant coverage in Bangalore.

A. Senior HORECA Sales Manager
An experienced business-development qualified who can use existing relationships across the hospitality and
institutional food-service sector to generate trials, close accounts and build recurring revenue.

Senior - Key Responsibilities
• Develop B2B sales for NGPL's South Indian food solutions.
• Use existing HORECA relationships to generate trials and business opportunities.
• Meet restaurant owners, executive chefs, F&B; managers, purchase managers and other decision-makers.
• Target restaurant chains, QSRs, hotels, corporate caterers, institutional kitchens, hospitals, hostels, food courts




and airport operators.
• Arrange product demonstrations and trials with customer kitchens.
• Understand operational problems and position NGPL products as solutions.
• Convert successful trials into commercial orders and negotiate commercials.
• Develop key accounts, increase repeat business and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with chefs, production, dispatch and accounts teams.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Senior - Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of B2B/HORECA sales experience preferred.
• Existing HORECA network in Bangalore/Karnataka is highly desirable.
• Experience selling food products, ingredients, FMCG, kitchen products or food-service solutions preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and account-management skills.
• Ability to independently open doors and close business.
