Role Description The Back Office Executive role is a full-time, in office position located in Rajkot. The role involves managing day-to-day office operations, including data entry, documentation, record maintenance, and coordination with internal teams. The Back Office Executive supports finance and sales functions by preparing invoices, maintaining ledgers, assisting with order processing, and tracking payments and deliveries. Responsibilities also include handling phone calls and email communication, updating databases,



creating basic reports, and ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and completed on time. The role requires maintaining organized files, following company procedures, and collaborating with frontline staff to ensure smooth business workflows.
