Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for driving business growth for gsplusarchitecture in the assigned region. This role involves identifying and developing current business opportunities, managing relationships with developers, contractors, and individual clients, and promoting the company’s architectural services. The Area Sales Manager will conduct sales visits, prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow up to close deals.



Day-to-day tasks include tracking sales pipelines, collecting market intelligence, coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales reporting tools. The role also requires regular reporting on targets and performance, participating in local marketing initiatives, and representing the company at relevant industry events or meetings.
