Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Service Engineer will install, commission, and configure analytical instruments and scientific equipment at client locations. Responsibilities include performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and ensuring minimal equipment downtime. The role involves responding to service calls,



providing technical support and user training, documenting service activities, and coordinating with internal teams and manufacturers for complex issues. The Service Engineer will also maintain service records, follow safety and quality standards, and contribute to customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable service.
Qualifications
