We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager who can drive both property sales and brand visibility, while building strong relationships with prospective buyers, channel partners, and the local market.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
• Generate and convert qualified leads for JK Homes' residential projects.
• Handle enquiries received through digital campaigns, social media, website, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and purchase timelines.
• Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective customers.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organised sales pipeline.




• Negotiate with prospective buyers and assist in closing deals.
• Develop relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, local businesses, and referral networks.
• Identify recent business opportunities and sources of qualified leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Marketing
• Plan and execute marketing activities for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with creative, digital marketing, branding, and agency teams.
• Develop campaigns for Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
• Assist in planning project launches, open houses, exhibitions, property events, and customer engagement activities.
• Ensure consistent communication of the brand's positioning, USPs, architecture, amenities, location advantages, and investment proposition.
• Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, campaigns, and market activity.
