Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Sales Trainer role based in Delhi. The Corporate Sales Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs for recruitment and counseling teams, focusing on sales processes, customer engagement, and service excellence.



Responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, creating training materials and tools, and coaching sales staff to enhance performance and conversion rates. The role also involves assessing training needs, monitoring metrics, providing feedback to sales leadership, and aligning training content with Aimlay’s educational offerings and organizational goals. The Corporate Sales Trainer will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and counseling teams to ensure consistent, ethical, and learner-centric sales practices.
