Role Description The CNC Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to technical specifications and production schedules. Daily responsibilities include interpreting drawings, selecting appropriate tools, adjusting machine settings, and performing routine checks to ensure smooth operation. The role involves inspecting finished components, identifying defects, and maintaining quality standards throughout the machining process.



The CNC Operator will also perform basic machine maintenance, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet productivity goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid Machine Operation and Machinery handling skills.
• Candidates should possess practical Machining and Milling skills.
• Candidates should possess sound Quality Control skills for inspecting and measuring parts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Basic understanding of CNC programming parameters and tooling selection is beneficial.
• Prior experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
