Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada, responsible for driving sales growth and partnerships within the assigned region. This role involves identifying and approaching educational institutions and partners, presenting FACE Prep’s solutions, and converting opportunities into long-term relationships.



The Territory Sales Manager will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting product demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Day-to-day activities include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, providing account management and customer support, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs. The role also requires tracking market trends, gathering feedback from partners, and contributing to regional sales strategies and targets.
Qualifications
• Robust Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Customer Service skills focused on relationship-building, issue resolution, and partner retention.
• Experience in Training or education-focused solutions, preferably in skill development or edtech.
