Role Overview
We are seeking a sharp, data-driven Business Analyst to join our team on-site. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic execution—translating complex operational metrics into actionable business insights.
You will be responsible for building high-impact dashboards, optimizing business workflows, tracking key funnel dynamics, and working closely with leadership to drive growth across sales, operations, and retention metrics. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional quantitative capability, solid business acumen, and a deep interest in the EdTech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Intelligence & Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain automated, executive-ready dashboards and trackers (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio / Sheets) to monitor business KPIs in real time.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Analyze sales funnels, user retention, operational efficiency, and customer acquisition costs (CAC) to identify growth opportunities, churn risks, and operational bottlenecks.
• Strategic Business Acumen:



Partner with department leaders (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations) to translate business requirements into technical models, actionable metrics, and SOP improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary analytical anchor for cross-departmental initiatives—reconciling data discrepancies, running cohort analyses, and guiding operational decisions.
• Performance Tracking & Forecasting: Build predictive models, budget tracking frameworks, and operational forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on performance dips, conversion variations, or process failures, delivering structured recommendations directly to senior management.
