Role Description The Program Advisor for UG/PG degree courses is a full time, on-site role based in Noida.



The Program Advisor will guide prospective students in selecting suitable undergraduate and postgraduate online and distance degree programs, aligning academic options with their career goals and background. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations via phone, in-person meetings, and digital channels; explaining university accreditation, eligibility criteria, fees, and curricula; and helping students compare programs across approved institutions. The advisor will maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow up with inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions and onboarding. The role also involves providing clear, honest information, addressing student concerns, and supporting outreach initiatives to increase awareness of quality degree options.
