The Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Business Development & Technical Support to join our Kochi office.



This office-based role focuses on generating sales and providing technical support to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for scientists ,doctors and buyers, and your technical communication will directly drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation - Generate new business through calls, emails, LinkedIn and online outreach to research institutes, biopharma, CROs and biotech startups - Follow up on enquiries and leads from email, phone, website and exhibitions, and convert them into orders - Prepare quotations, negotiate and close orders with scientists and procurement teams - Grow revenue from existing accounts by identifying current departments, applications and product needs - Maintain a structured pipeline and follow-up schedule to achieve monthly sales targets

Technical Support -

Understand customers' research, process and quality requirements and recommend suitable products - Resolve technical and application queries by phone, email and video cal
