About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Head – E-commerce & Growth to take complete ownership of scaling an established consumer e-commerce and digital education business in India.
This is not a traditional digital marketing role focused on managing a single channel or external agencies. The role requires an individual who can take a holistic view of the online business and identify opportunities to drive substantial growth and profitability.

The role will involve ownership across:
• E-commerce and website growth
• Paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels
• Conversion rate optimization and customer journey
• Offers, pricing, bundles, and current product launches
• Email and WhatsApp CRM
• SEO and organic acquisition
• Content and creator/influencer collaborations
• Customer retention and repeat purchases
• Analytics and growth experiments
• Management of agencies, freelancers, and internal resources wherever required

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to drive overall e-commerce and online business growth.




• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Improve conversion rates and optimize the complete customer journey.
• Develop and implement offers, pricing strategies, product bundles, and new product launches.
• Build and optimize Email and WhatsApp CRM strategies to improve engagement, retention, and customer reactivation.
• Drive SEO and organic acquisition to build sustainable traffic and growth.
• Develop content-led growth strategies and manage creator/influencer collaborations.
• Implement strategies to improve customer retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
• Use analytics, data, and growth experiments to identify opportunities and improve business performance.
• Coordinate and manage agencies, freelancers, and internal resources as required.
