The Role

We’re looking for a Travel Operations Manager with hands-on experience in travel operations to manage the end-to-end execution of our trips.

You will be responsible for vendor management, logistics, on-ground execution and coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage end-to-end operations for domestic and international group trips.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate hotels, transport, DMCs, activities, guides and other travel vendors.
•⁠ ⁠Build and manage strong vendor relationships and negotiate rates.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure all bookings, confirmations and logistics are in place before every departure.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with trip captains and manage on-ground execution when required.
•⁠ ⁠Handle last-minute operational issues and ensure quick resolution.




•⁠ ⁠Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance and Community teams.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor vendor performance, trip quality and operational costs.
•⁠ ⁠Continuously improve processes to ensure smooth and consistent trip execution.

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠2–4 years of experience specifically in travel operations.
•⁠ ⁠Experience at a travel company, tour operator, DMC, experiential travel or group travel company.
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of travel logistics and vendor management.
•⁠ ⁠Experience handling group trips and multiple operational requirements simultaneously.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
•⁠ ⁠Someone who is highly organised, hands-on and can get things done without constant supervision.
•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel when required.
