Role Overview
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA)



qualified Lead – Finance & Accounts to take complete ownership of the finance and accounting function at Youthville.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a finance professional who has worked in a startup or high-growth business environment and can independently manage end-to-end finance operations, financial planning, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow, audits and management reporting.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with business acumen, leadership capabilities and the ability to build scalable financial systems in a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Finance & Accounting
Take complete ownership of the finance and accounts function across the organisation.
Oversee day-to-day accounting, general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations and month-end and year-end closures.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including the Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash F
