Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships across Square Yards’ real estate and proptech offerings. This role involves understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property and service options, and guiding clients through the end-to-end transaction process. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure timely responses, accurate information, and smooth deal closures. Daily activities include conducting property consultations, following up on leads, maintaining updated records in CRM tools, and providing after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and retention. The role also requires staying informed about market trends, product updates, and platform features to offer relevant advice and contribute to revenue growth.
