Job description: Logistics & EXIM Manager

About us: A granite manufacturer and exporter processing Indian and imported blocks into slabs for buyers in the USA, Europe, and Australia.

What you'll handle:
• Exports: booking containers and freight with lines and forwarders, stuffing plans for slab bundles and crates, and ISPM-15 compliance for wooden packing
• Documentation: invoices, packing lists, shipping bills on ICEGATE, BL drafts, certificates of origin, and LC document sets
• Imports: block imports, bills of entry, duty payment, port clearance, demurrage and detention control
• Coordination: CHAs, transporters, shipping lines, insurers, and our sales team on dispatch timelines
• Advantages and compliance: RoDTEP,



duty drawback, EPCG or advance authorisation tracking, and DGFT filings
• Cost control: freight rate negotiation, tracking every shipment's landed cost

Requirements:
• 5+ years handling both import and export end to end, ideally in stone, tiles, or other heavy bulk cargo
• Hands-on with ICEGATE, DGFT, and LC documentation
• Has worked directly with CHAs and shipping lines, not only through a forwarder
• Strong spoken and written English for buyer and forwarder communication
