Role Description The Deputy Manager Operations is a full time, on-site role based in Venjaramood, Thiruvananthapuram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across hospital departments and IP Services. This role includes coordinating patient flow, supporting clinical and non-clinical teams, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. The Deputy Manager Operations will monitor operational performance,



assist in resource allocation, and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and service quality. The role also involves supervising support staff, collaborating with senior management on operational planning, and preparing reports and documentation to support decision-making.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in hospital or healthcare operations management, including coordination of services, IP Services and process optimization.
• Experience in staff supervision, team coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a clinical or institutional setting.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities to handle multiple operational priorities.
• Proficiency in using hospital information systems and basic office software for reporting and communication.
