Role Description The Chef De Partie is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring consistent food quality. Daily tasks include preparing and cooking dishes according to standardized recipes, supervising commis chefs, and coordinating with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations. The role involves monitoring food presentation,
