Title: Communication Skills Trainer
Location: Western Line & South Mumbai, Maharashtra
Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Timings: Between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

* Conduct engaging and interactive Communication Skills sessions for school students as per the prescribed curriculum.
* Train students in areas such as verbal and non-verbal communication, public speaking, presentation skills, confidence building, interpersonal communication, and active listening.
* Plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based sessions using role plays, group discussions, presentations, debates, games, and other interactive activities.
* Monitor student participation and progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain an engaging and positive classroom setting.
* Coordinate with schools and the Gyansthan team regarding schedules, curriculum implementation, student progress, attendance,



and other programme requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, Psychology, Mass Communication, or a related field will be preferred.
* Prior experience in Communication Skills, Soft Skills, Personality Development, Public Speaking, teaching, or training will be preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
* Confident, energetic, and comfortable working with school students across different age groups.
* Candidates should be comfortable travelling across the Western Line and South Mumbai based on assigned school locations.
