About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee – Sales to join our team. The role will initially focus on Sales and Business Development, while providing exposure to different aspects of business operations and client management.
This position is designed for individuals who are looking to build a long-term career in management. Based on performance, skills, leadership abilities, and business requirements, successful candidates may be given opportunities to take on higher responsibilities and managerial/head-level roles in the future.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Sales team in lead generation and business development.
• Connect with clients and channel partners through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and assist in providing suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.
• Participate in site visits, meetings, events, and business development activities.




• Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records.
• Learn and understand sales strategies, market trends, and business processes.
• Take ownership of assigned targets and responsibilities.
• Gradually take on team-handling and leadership responsibilities based on performance.

Career Growth
The Management Trainee will initially work closely with the Sales & Business Development team. As the candidate develops strong business knowledge, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, there will be opportunities for career progression into Team Lead, Manager, and higher leadership responsibilities.
