The Trust is focused on investing in special purpose vehicles, infrastructure projects, and securities of Indian companies operating in the infrastructure sector, in line with applicable regulatory provisions. Axis Trustee Services Limited acts as the Trustee to the Trust, providing oversight and governance. Gawar Investment Manager Private Limited (GIMPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Gawar Group, serves as the Investment Manager and is responsible for managing InvIT operations in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Trust’s structure and partnerships are designed to support sustainable infrastructure growth and investor confidence.
Role Description The Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing regulatory and statutory compliance for Capital Infra Trust and its related entities, ensuring adherence to SEBI InvIT Regulations and other applicable laws. This full-time,



on-site role based in Delhi, India involves monitoring changes in regulatory frameworks, updating internal policies, and coordinating with legal and regulatory authorities as needed. The role includes drafting and reviewing compliance documentation, maintaining records, conducting periodic audits and internal reviews, and preparing reports for management and the Trustee. The Compliance Officer will collaborate with the Investment Manager and other stakeholders to address compliance risks, support governance standards, and promote a culture of ethical and compliant business practices.
Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of SEBI InvIT Regulations, Indian securities laws, and relevant corporate and infrastructure sector regulations.
• Experience in compliance management, regulatory reporting, and internal audits within financial services, infrastructure, or investment trust environments.
