we are looking for an experienced Business Head – Sales, Marketing & Growth to drive the next phase of our commercial growth.

About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on business leadership role with primary ownership of sales, business development, marketing, market expansion and key client relationships.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically, but is equally comfortable being on the ground — meeting clients, building pipelines, identifying opportunities, closing business and working closely with teams to turn plans into results.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and drive annual and quarterly revenue targets, sales strategy and overall business growth.
• Build a robust sales pipeline and drive new client acquisition, business development and conversion.
• Identify new markets, industries, geographies and revenue opportunities for Hue.
• Develop and execute market expansion and go-to-market plans.
