About the RoleSINEO Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple companies and business verticals within the group.
The role will involve hiring for a diverse range of positions across Software & IT, EPC, Networking & Infrastructure, IoT, Engineering, Technology, Services, Operations, Finance, Sales, Administration and other business functions.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple requirements simultaneously, sourcing niche technical talent, coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from job posting to onboarding.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End RecruitmentManage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:
Manpower Requirement → Job Description → Job Posting → Sourcing → Screening → Shortlisting → Interview Coordination → Selection → Offer → Documentation → Joining → Onboarding
• Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and business heads.
• Prepare and refine Job Descriptions based on role requirements.
• Post vacancies across LinkedIn, job portals and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and skilled networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Assess candidates based on experience, technical skills, communication, compensation expectations, notice period and overall role fit.
• Coordinate technical, managerial and HR interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate salary discussions and offer roll-out with the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Complete pre-joining documen
