Role Description The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, accurate reservations handling, and prompt guest assistance. This full-time,



in office role is based in Sawai Madhopur and involves supervising front desk team members, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. The supervisor will handle escalated guest concerns, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests, and ensure that lobby and reception areas remain welcoming and well-organized. Additional responsibilities include monitoring front desk procedures, training team members on service standards and phone etiquette, maintaining accurate records and reports, and supporting the implementation of hotel policies and brand guidelines.
