Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Junior role based in Ghaziabad. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information, and ensuring a positive service experience. The team member will assist in resolving basic technical or account-related issues,



escalating complex cases to senior staff when needed, and tracking interactions in support systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating customer records, following standard operating procedures, gathering feedback on service quality, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes.
