Role OverviewWe are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer & Automation Engineer to design, develop and maintain automation solutions across cloud and infrastructure environments.
The role focuses on infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, CI/CD automation and operational workflows, with integration into ServiceNow to enable automated, approval-driven infrastructure and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities• Design and implement infrastructure automation using Ansible for configuration management and orchestration.
• Use Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell for Windows, Active Directory and enterprise automation.
• Automate end-user support, cloud resource provisioning, infrastructure scaling and remediation.
• Develop and integrate automation workflows with ServiceNow, including RITM-based execution and approval workflows.
• Integrate automation with monitoring and alerting systems.
• Ensure automation solutions are secure, idempotent, well-documented and production-ready.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and improve reliability.
• Participate in technical design discussions for agentic and AI-assisted automation use cases.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, Cloud, Infrastructure and other technical teams.
Mandatory Skills & Experience• 3–6 years of experience in infrastructure or cloud automation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Development and Automation.
• Strong experience with Ansible.
• Strong experience with Terraform / IaC.
• Experience with Git / GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Robust PowerShell scripting experience.
