Role Description The Sales Manager – Apartment is a full-time, on-site role based in Tambaram. The person in this role will lead and manage apartment sales activities, including handling walk-in clients, conducting site visits, presenting property features, and converting leads into bookings. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up with prospects,



coordinating with marketing for campaigns and events, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support customer relationship management, address queries and concerns, and ensure a smooth booking and documentation process. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and achieve assigned targets.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential real estate or apartment sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and handle objections effectively.
