We are looking for a Media Head who can lead our Telugu content engine and build a strong
regional media presence. This role requires someone who understands digital storytelling, can
lead a content team, and consistently produce high-performing content across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage the Telugu content team including videographers, editors, and content creators
● Plan and execute platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels
● Develop engaging content formats that drive audience growth and lead generation
● Ensure high quality production standards across all video and visual content
● Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights




● Coordinate with the marketing team to align media output with business goals
Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in media, content, or social media roles in a rapid-paced startup
environment
● Proven experience leading or managing a content/media team
● Strong understanding of social media content strategy
● Fluency in Telugu and English
● Expertise in content ideation, storytelling, and digital media production
● Ability to execute quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
