Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the company's production, packaging, sales, administrative and support functions.
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
• Understand manpower requirements from Production, Sales, Administration and other departments.




• Source candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Handle recruitment for operators, production staff, supervisors, team leaders, sales staff, executives and support staff.
• Ensure vacancies are closed within the required timelines.

2. Candidate Sourcing
• Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, social media, employee referrals, local recruitment networks and other channels.
• Develop a strong database of candidates, particularly for manufacturing and printing-industry positions.
• Conduct local-area recruitment drives whenever required.
• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline for frequently required positions.

3. Screening & Interview Coordination
• Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic/face-to-face interviews.
• Assess candidates for experience, skills, communication, salary expectations, availability and suitability.
